All sales are final. However, we will attempt to correct any errors or damage to our products. Please contact at firstname.lastname@example.org. If possible include pictures showing damage or errors.
If an item contains an electronic addition (LED Base, or lighting) and a failure occurs with-in 30 days of purchase we will replace the electronics free of charge. Battery failure is not considered a failure of the electronic component.
If an item is lost in transit we will work with USPS or UPS to get a refund. Please note that this process could take several weeks to complete.
