Return Policy

All sales are final. However, we will attempt to correct any errors or damage to our products. Please contact at If possible include pictures showing damage or errors.

If an item contains an electronic addition (LED Base, or lighting) and a failure occurs with-in 30 days of purchase we will replace the electronics free of charge.  Battery failure is not considered a failure of the electronic component.  

If an item is lost in transit we will work with USPS or UPS to get a refund. Please note that this process could take several weeks to complete.
